At Iron Creek Hat Co., we stand behind the quality of every hat we produce. Because many of our products are custom-made, our return rules depend on the type of order.


1. Custom Hat Orders

All custom orders are final sale.

Since each hat and patch is made specifically to your design, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for custom items after production begins.

We WILL fix issues if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • There is a mistake compared to the approved mockup
  • You received the incorrect item

If any of these apply, email photos and your order number to:

2. Non-Custom / Shop Products

Non-custom products from the Shop page may be returned or exchanged within 14 days if they are unused and in new condition.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unworn
  • Item must be clean and odor-free
  • Original tags/packaging included when applicable

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


3. Order Cancellations

Non-custom items may be canceled before shipment.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once artwork, patch production, or hat production has started.


4. Incorrect Addresses

If an item is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.


5. Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will repair, replace, or remake the affected item as needed.


6. How to Start a Return

Email us at Brett@ironcreekhatco.com with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if applicable

We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
